RTIR 5.0.0 Released

Hi.
I have fresh install on ubuntu 19 with RT 5.0.0 and RTIR 5.0.0 but still have an issue with sendout emails. I wrote already about that

Ignoring un-checked checkboxes

On RTIR 3.2.0 if replay on ticket and uncheck some of recipients then in log file is line: test@localhost is blacklisted by notification checkboxes for this transaction. Skipping ( /opt/rt4/sbin/ …/lib/RT/Action/SendEmail.pm:841) and replay e-mail is not sent. Installing latest RT (4.4.4) and RTIR(4.0.1) on replay on ticked unchecked recipients ar not skipped. I find out that still in latest version of RT + RTIR is issue when have 2 requestor in one ticket they both get replay event if uncheck one in replay recepient form. It works correct general queue but in incident report not. RTIR sends emails to all correspondents

In new installation with RT 4.4.1 and RTIR 4.0.0 or RTIR 4.0.1rc1 if replay to Incident Report e-mail is sent to all correspond e-mails ignoring unchecked boxes. I checked POST data. It’s send it correctly only one checked e-mail. But in fact both emails receive it. In TO field must be only one e-mail “test1@locahost”, but have second one too “test2@locahost”. Still have no answers or bug fix. This bug exist in RTIR after version 3.2.0. RT looks like not affected.
