On RTIR 3.2.0 if replay on ticket and uncheck some of recipients then in log file is line:
test@localhost is blacklisted by notification checkboxes for this transaction. Skipping ( /opt/rt4/sbin/ …/lib/RT/Action/SendEmail.pm:841)
and replay e-mail is not sent. Installing latest RT (4.4.4) and RTIR(4.0.1) on replay on ticked unchecked recipients ar not skipped. Event there is text under recipient chekcbox list:
" Uncheck boxes to disable notifications to the listed recipients for this transaction only ; persistent squelching is managed on the [People page]."
Any idea why on “Incidents reports” ignoring unchecked boxes?
