RT 6.0.1 Released

We’re pleased to announce the general availability RT 6.0.1. This release primarily supports running the newly released RTIR 6.0.1. Some new features and bug fixes are also included. A detailed list of changes is available in the release notes on our documentation site.

If you are upgrading to RT 6 for the first time, be sure to read through the notes on upgrading and earlier release announcements for additional information.

Upgrade to 6.0.1 - article insert is not working

A user reported an issue when loading articles with the Include Article dropdown on the ticket update page in RT 6.0.1. Form values on the page are lost when the article is loaded. This happens only when using the dropdown. The article autocomplete mode works as expected.

We’re currently testing a fix for the issue. You can get a patch from github.
