DIsable inline display of attachments

The only similar post I could find but no resolution was found: How to disable inline display of attachments

All we want is for attachments (plain text or otherwise) to behave themselves and remain attachments, RT should not attempt to display any attachments inline in the Ticket History.

Does anybody know how to do this?

Does setting the config values for SuppressInlineTextFiles and ShowTransactionImages solve this issue?
