I have one question:

Does RT work on a windows machine with IIS and Perl installed? Couldn’t any
information 'bout the required system.

Not currently. RT requires a unix box. If your organization is interested
in sponsoring a port to Win2k, you should contact me at jesse@bestpractical.com
