I thought maybe nobody was aproving new accounts on the wiki, but looking at the recent changes it looks like my account on the wiki (username Grant) was approved awhile ago, but I never got the email with my password. Tried doing the forgot password process but still didn’t get an email.
I’ve checked my spam folders and everything. No luck. Any way someone can check on the wiki’s mail config or maybe manually send me a temporary password?
That’s a classic email black hole problem! Since both the approval and the password reset email vanished, it definitely points to something on the wiki server’s side, not your spam folder.
Hopefully, one of the admins can jump in and take a look at the mail logs for you.
