What is the policy wrt bounces/error messages on this list?

Hi,

I am getting ‘mailbox full’ errors from a subscriber on this list. What
is the policy for those on this list?

If you tell the owner address and there is enough information in the
headers,
we can remove their subscription. This user has been unsubscribed.
