What is the expected difficulty to upgrade from RT5 to RT6

As RT6 seems to be coming soon, I am wondering if BP Devs already have some idea of how complex would the upgrade procedure be?
If most things should work as is with some specific problem areas, say custom UI, can BP lists out known problem areas? This is so that I know what kind of customizations on my new RT installation should wait until RT6.

I just realised this didn’t get a reply. I think the answer depends a lot on how many local modifications you’ve made to RT5. If you’ve got a fairly stock RT5, I think the upgrade is relatively easy, as the make upgrade-database script knows how to tweak the database from RT5 → RT6.

If on the other hand you’ve got lots of local scrips, overlays, new Mason components, etc then you’re in for a lot more work, as quite a bit has changed. Even things like CSS changes might trip you up (it did on our RT6 test box recently as our RT5 local CSS managed to stop the new RT6 menus from pulling down!).
