Came across a stupid rights configuration issue. I have an account belonging to the DutyTeam and it should have all privileges set to be allowed to link investigation and incident reports to the incident, but for some reason not even the icons permitting the linking show up. What have I missed?
P.D: vanilla RT-RTIR 5.0.1 on Ubuntu 20.04 LTS
Ok. Global rights was the issue: Log in as root, go to Admin > Global > Group rights. Activate a suitable set of rights’ check boxes under the General rights, Rights for Staff and Rights for Administrators tabs for the convenient user group. In my case the user group was the default DutyTeam. The problematic account was of course also a member of DutyTeam.
