small mistake, not increase, decrease!! So, a negative value decrease the
working time, but, if i work on a ticket, only increase must be possible!

today we are going forward and do a test with 20 Users, one user told us, if
he add’s a negative value for worked Time on a ticket, the Time Counter will
increase the value and no information about this “increasing” is stored
within the history!
Is this a bug or a feature???
