$ARGS{‘HomeRefreshInterval’}; }

I was wondering if someone could provide me with some tips to solve this
problem.

My Environment is

Apache 2.0.49
Perl 5.8.0
Mysql 4.0.18
RT 3.0
Fastcgi 2.42

Thanks

You haven’t configured apache correctly.

Perl 5.8.0

That is going to cause you pain down the track, too.

I have already solved that problem but there is another one.

Here are my enteries for fastcgi module for apache & error log from apache

DocumentRoot “/opt/rt3/share/html”
LoadModule fastcgi_module modules/mod_fastcgi.so
FastCgiServer /opt/rt3/bin/mason_handler.fcgi
AddHandler fastcgi-script fcgi
ScriptAlias / /opt/rt3/bin/mason_handler.fcgi

DocumentRoot "/opt/rt3/share/html" ServerName tracker.ftghome.com ServerAdmin root@tracker.ftghome.com

OUTPUT From error_log

When i try to run my Apache server in a stand alone mode without RT it works
fine.
On changing the httpd.conf to load fastcgi module i encounter all these
issues.

I was wondering do i have to setup some differnet enteries in RT config file
also to use fastcgi.

Would it be possible for someone who is using fastcgi for apache 2 to send
me the exact enteries of httpd.conf & RTSiteConfig file.

Thanks

Add a / to the end of that line.
