I am not able to figure out how to have a default skeleton for a ticket in
RT2.0.12pre4
created with WebRT.
in RT1.x I was able to edit the web_create file…
now in RT2 I believe that templates are used by the scrips.
I created a template with the web interface. gave it a name web_create
template.
but when I create a new ticket this template is not used.
I don’t think any of the existing scrip can be used to do linked with this
template .
any idea on how to do it??

I don’t know how about 2.0.12, but 2.0.9 (I use) it has just internal
structures prepared for that only. It is not implemented yet. Scrips
weren’t activated when it prepare the ‘web_create’ form. To program it
it’s not hard, but I don’t suggest you to do it yourself due to next
versions compatibility…
