Web access problem

#1

Version 1.0.3
Linux tornado 2.2.16 #4 Fri Jun 16 03:23:04 BST 2000 i686 unknown
perl5 (5.0 patchlevel 5 subversion 3)
Apache/1.3.12
IE5

I have installed all required packages, and get a server error when trying to run the cgi files to access RT through a web browser. The apache error log prints:

Can’t locate /opt/rt/etc/config.pm in @INC (@INC contains: /usr/lib/perl5/i386-linux /usr/lib/perl5 /usr/lib/perl5/site_perl$
[Mon Aug 7 20:05:21 2000] [error] [client 212.41.32.11] Premature end of script headers: /opt/rt/bin/cgi/admin-webrt.cgi

I get the same for webrt.cgi.

That config.pm file is in that directory… and now I am stumped. Any ideas?

As I sit here alone looking at green text on a laptop in a mostly bare room listening
to loud music wearing all black, I realize that that it is much less cool in real life
