We need a RT consulting company on Brazil

Hello there!

I’m a IT consultant from Brazil and I work for a national public bank.
Nowadays we are using the BMC Remedy solutions but I want to convince my
bosses to adopt a open source service desk solution.
My problem is that is a little hard to find a good company to provide
consulting for us.
Do you know any company that provide this kind of service, on here in
Brazil?
