Waring during the fulltext index

Dear all

I’ve notice than for 2 days i’ve a ticket with a atachment file that generate some warnong /error during the fulltext index of the PG databsese. The messages are the following:

There is a way to delete this attachment inside RT, to eliminate this warning?

Admin → Tools → Shredder you should be able to delete the attachment

Thank’s a lot for your answer. I’ve te create an “/opt/rt5/var/data/RT-Shredder” directory, and could select the issue atachment!
