Viewing priorities in queues?

Hi there,

Just curious…is there any way that anyone knows of, in a queue listing, to
view priorities of individual tickets without going into the specific ticket
detail? I’ve looked around for a way, but haven’t found anything. My boss
kinda wants to see priorities.

Thanks in advance!

I’ve edited quite a few of the default views to reflect the fields that I’m
interested in. For example, the home page queries I’ve replaced the
“requested” top 25 with “the top 25 unowned tickets.” In the case of
actual search results however, you need to edit config.pm under
%WebOptions.

It’s funny…I just figured out that it was in config.pm before you
replied to this. I’ve got it there, but…what’s the field name for
priority? Anyone know?

Also, I’m interested in hearing how you changed your home page. Did you
actually edit the HTML code, or is it all created somewhere central?

Thanks!
