Please disregard my last. I figured it out for myself. A misunderstanding
of what the “tickets I own” and “tickets I requested”.
On another note: e-mails from the rt host are showing up as from:
@.foo.com
I would like them to show up as from:
@helpdesk.foo.com
What do I need to do with sendmail to make this happen?
