RT 3.0.9, Perl 5.0 version 8 subversion 2, Postgresql 7.2.1.
As with when I upgraded to 3.0.8, I’m getting a huge slow-down,
particularly when viewing a ticket with lots of history. Seems to be
slow on every page though.
The CPU is maxed out, and the query goes as:
SELECT * FROM Principals WHERE PrincipalType ILIKE ‘User’ AND
ObjectId = ‘12’;
That user is root, because I was viewing the ticket as
root. When I viewed it as myself, it became 24 which is me.
It’s cached but if you do it a gazillion times, it’s still a huge
Last time, when I switched to a MySQL server to test the scope of the
problem and back again to Postgres, the problem went away. This time
I’m holding tight in case we can get a proper solution!
