I am trying to use assets, but I haven’t figured out how to show the asset portlet in queues that are part of RTIR.
I can show the portlet, and link a asset manually under the “Advanced” tab, but I really need to be able to use the portlet.
This works great for “normal” RT queues, but I haven’t found a way to show it in queues that are part of “RTIR”.
I need to have it present both in ticket display, and ticket create.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
