I have just finished added (for the first time) several users to RT (3.2.1 using MySQL). I also added groups and queues.
When I attempt to see the users for configuration they do not show on the Users/confriguration page. However, both groups and queues show all of the entries. What could be the issue?
I can seen all of the user entries using mysql and a query against the Users table.
