The Value
$Users->LimitToPrivileged;
Returs all privileged users. We need that to make an Overview of how many Tickets are assigned to which supporters.
But we would also like to find out about unassigned tickets (belonging to the User ‘Nobody’.
Nobody is privileged when I look at it in the config. But why is it not par of:
$Users->LimitToPrivileged; ?
