I have rt 4.2.
I want a privileged user can only see one queue. ATM they can see all queues if I turn off privileged user for the user then they see no queues at all.
I’ve created a group, made that user a member of that group. Tried all sorts of settings.
Can someone tell me what is the purpose of Root (Enoch Root) ?
Also what is the meaning of the checkbox for this user " Do anything and everything " under Rights for Administrators tab.
Could this be overriding any other setting I’m trying to make for a group or user?
