User search issue

Dear All

I’m facing an issue when i’m searching from all the users that have an account to log in inour RT system. Rt show me uniquely the active users. Although i select the “include disable users in search” toggle, RT show me uniquely the active users. How can i show all the system users?

I’m conected at RT as the admin user.
RT version 4.4.4.
Based on Postgresql.

In the Admin->Users->select page, pop a percent (%) into the name matches box, select “Include disabled users in search” and then click on the “Go!” button.
