I have followed the direction from this link:
Request Tracker Wiki and added the
following code on top in my correspondence template

, but whenever I reply to a ticket the “From” line is blank on the
recipient email. What could be wrong? Isn’t it supposed to show the name
of the user replying to the ticket from RT?
