Urgent help = RT stopped!

Hello !

I really need help…
Suddenly my RT stop …
The messages come to queue, but when I respond the messages, my answers
is not sent to user. The RT auto-responses is not sent to user anymore!

What can I do?

Something wrong whith your permissions. Turn on debug level of logging.
