Upgrade from rt-2.0.8 -> 2.0.11 reports incorrect version?

Heya.

I’ve just upgraded my test machine to rt-2.0.11 and it is still reporting
as 2.0.8.
I’ve removed all my /local/ files to make sure its not grabbing it from
something in there.

Is this normal? or has my upgraded not worked??

Did you stop and start apache?

did you run the make upgrade, then stop and start apache? (just doing
the graceful restart is not enough)
