Upgrade from 3.2.0 has broken New Ticket Creation

Here are the errors that I am getting when I try to create a ticket. I
upgraded from 3.2.0 and now it doesn’t work. Anyone know what is wrong?

Here are the errors that I am getting when I try to create a ticket. I
upgraded from 3.2.0 and now it doesn’t work. Anyone know what is wrong?
