Im trying to add update functions to the self service page, stuff like
updating Requestors, CC, Subject, Priority.
Also the function provided for editing the subject doesn’t seem to work.
Even in the Demo you’re not able to update the subject.
Any help on how to fix this?

If something is displayed in self service and don’t work then file a bug report.
Adding new functionality to self service is very questionable. If you need more
then it’s always easier to enable privileged interface with small
amount of rights
granted.
