This thing needs a better name. Maybe SlackBridge? Suggestions welcome… Regardless, a bug has been fixed, features added, and code generally cleaned up.
The latest release adds these features:
-Status is displayed and updated when the ticket is updated.
-Some statuses get custom formatting: Resolved gets strikethrough. Deleted gets strikethrough and skull emoji. Further formatting customization is now possible.
-Moving a ticket to a new queue updates the previous slack message to indicate the move.
-Moving a ticket to a new queue no longer prevents the slack message from being updated by other ticket changes.
