Update $rtname 5.0.3

Hi all,

Due to internal policies I have to change my $rtname. As I read in the 5.0.3 documentation I see this “Once you start using a given tag, you should probably never change it; otherwise, mail for existing tickets won’t get put in the right place”.

Can anyone confirm how this will affect existing tickets, is there any other way to change the rtname shown in “RT for $rtname”?

Just make sure to update this config to include the new and the old one
