Hi,
When we resolve a ticket, I’d like the default action for
the “Update Type” to be “Respond to requestors” versus “Comments”.
From the Update.html script, it appears this would happen if it
was called with Action=Respond. I can’t see where I can make this
happen. Any tips? TIA.
