Unprivileged Users is not allowed to create tickets

SeeQueue right is needed for create tickets.
If I remove the rights to SeeQueue, unpriveleged users is not allowed to create tickets.
Why would a user see the entire order queue?

Is this through email or the Web UI? Through email the user only needs CreateTicket but in order to select the queue in the web UI the user needs to be able to see the name of the queue,

This doesn’t mean they can see every ticket in the queue since they need to be granted SeeTicket as well

Web UI question. User see all queue, if granted SeeTicket.

You can grant the SeeTicket right at the role level such as requestor so that users can only see tickets where they are the requestor
