Unprivileged access to RTFM?

Hello,

I’m working on a project to implement RT3 & RTFM, and one of the
requirements is to allow unpriviledged users access to RTFM. I checked the
list archives and found this posting from last September:

[rt-users] RTFM - Users can’t see articles

Hi all,

I’d like to know what permissions need to be set in order for my
unprivileged users to see the RTFM articles? I’ve already set Everybody to
SeeClass and ShowArticle, but still when I log in as a normal user (not
staff), I can’t even see the RTFM tab on the left! :frowning:

In short, the selfservice interface to RTFM isn’t done yet and isn’t a
part of 2.0

Best regards,
Au Yong

I would like to check if this description of the situation is accurate and
if anyone has any workarounds for the situation. Please feel free to reply
off-list if this posting is in error…

That is still correct. We’d be happy to talk about fixing that

Best,

Or a public RTFM like the buglist on fsck whould also be interesting…

What about that?
