Uninitialized value in string

Does anybody know the source of this warning. I am using RT 6.0.1:

[warning]: Use of uninitialized value in string eq at (eval 1287) line 2. ((eval 1287):2)

Is that running when scrips are executed?

Yes. It shows in the Rt log.

What I mean is if you have debug logging on, is this warning being generated when some custom code in a user defined scrip is being run?

No custom code. It usually happens when there is a comment on a ticket.

I noticed that I get this warning every time I am about to resolve a ticket.

Is there anything special about scrip 15? Which one is that

That one is for stolen tickets. I am going to disable it and see if that makes a difference.

I changed the scrip 15 to this and it fixed the problem:

my $trans = $self->TransactionObj;
my $field = $trans->Field || ‘’;

return 0 unless $field eq ‘Owner’;

my $old = $trans->OldValue || 0;

return 1 if $old != RT::Nobody()->id;
return 0;

So it was custom code in the scrip?

No. I never customized any scrips.

Interestingly scrip #15 on my test 6.0.1 is a standard scrip called “On Forward Ticket Send forwarded message”…. has this RT been upgraded from earlier version by any chance?

Yes. It is upgraded from 5.0.8 to 6.0.1
