Under Basic The Status

Am just wondering if under the Status drop down are we able to add or change the options Would like to add work in process because all we have is Open New Stalled Resolved Rejected Deleted Would be great to add or modify the feilds

Which version of RT?

The version we are using is RT Version 5.0.0

If you go to Admin->Lifecycles you can edit the statuses and transitions
