Unable to open tickets via email

Hi again:

Been through all suggestions here.

Made a sym link for rt-mailgate, copied into the /etc/smrsh (it is now a
sym link)
Checked perms
Set user & group privs

No luck.

Searching for other ideas.

I see some positings on testing the mail-gate but I have been unable to
do so. Can someone send the syntax please?
