Hi, I am writing several scrips, also some custom actions and
conditions. I am having trouble figuring out how I can report a message
in the UI when modifying a ticket.
I am specifically referring to the ‘Results’ box when you modify a ticket.
I need to be able to put messages into that area (even if it means
creating a new area up there for them) from within any part of a scrip
(condition, action, isapplicable, prepare, commit, etc).
Is there a call I can make to do this? or is this simply impossible? I
have been sifting through the code for hours now trying to figure it out.
