Typo in rt 3.8.1's UPGRADING file

should be

format and other properties of the global saved search. Old version’s been
left for backwards compatibility.

or, even better

format and other properties of the global saved search. The old verion has
been kept for backwards compatibility.

Thanks. I’ve opened a ticket.

Just to better understand the workflow, should I open tickets for even
small things? I was under the impression that tiny things like typos
should be done via email, but both is fine, by me.

If they’re small, noncontentious things, just tickets is fine.

That way they don’t get lost.

It’s the bigger things that change how RT works that really need to go
to the list first :wink:
