Two instances, one DB

Folks,

Another question, this one more about the internals…

We need to run two instances of RT, one with a greatly simplified user
interface. Is it safe to point two GUI instances(ie, running out of two
separate virtualhost entries, two separate directories), at one
database, and possibly even one queue?

Thanks!
Brett

Sure. RT internally does this anyway, with multiple handler
processes running under mod_perl or fastcgi, talking to the
same backend.
