I have an issue that I’m having a problem with and was hoping someone
here could help.
We are running rt 3.4.5 and every time a ticket is marked resolved a
comment email gets sent out with the comment and a resolve ticket gets
Your request on ticket [helpdesk #362]has been completed with the
following comments (if any);
This transaction appears to have no content
How would I have just one resolved email be send with the comments
