Trying to change the Correspond Template

I am trying to change the default correspondence template so that it references the $Ticket->Subject(), and the $Ticket->id()…

So… Can I not use these references in the Correspond template… I can use these in the autoreply…

You forgot the ‘$’ on Ticket->Subject() and Ticket->id() in your template,
although you
typed them in correctly in your intro.
