Troubles with rt install

I am trying to install rt and I have the following problems (my setup follows):

I am installing rt-3.0.10 on RedHat 9.0 with Apache 2.0, Perl 5.8.4, MySql 3.23.58, and mod_perl2

Any suggestions or help would be HUGELY appreciated…

Here is my dependency test:

Most of these prerequisites are listed as MISSING. Re-run
rt-test-dependencies with --install to have it fetch and install the
missing modules from CPAN.

rt-devel is for questions and discussion about developing for and with
rt. Your question about how to read the readme, is better suited for
rt-users.

The allcaps MISSING indicates that the dependency is missing. Install
it, or tell rt-test-dependencies to install it for you.
