Trouble with new install

I got RT installed this morning and am running into this error

Can’t locate object method “new” via package
“RT::InterFace::Web::QueryBuilder::Tree” at
/opt/rt3/share/html/search/build.html line 288

Code stack is build.html 288

                   Autohandler 215

Any help resolving this would be great
