Hello,
I recently discovered that the Time being reported in RT is in GMT regardless of what Timezone setting I have specified. I have verified that server time is correct but RT continues to log everything with GMT. I have done some searching and seen a number of posts referencing mod_perl but we are using FastCGI so the recommended solutions dont’ seem to apply. Can anyone recommend a fix for this issue?
I am running 4.4.1 on CentOS.
