Time worked field on "Create ticket" page

Hi.

Is it possible to add the “Time Worked” field to the Create page? Sometimes we get a call from a customer, and after that we create a ticket about this. Then we can’t add time worked to the ticket without making a comment immediately after creating is.

Click on ‘Show Details’ in the upper right hand corner of the create form
