I’m using RT2 for 1 month.
Everything works well but my tickets never change the status, and this take a lot of time.
Every day about 300/400 tickest are created, and the tickets resolved or stalled never change to open when someone replies them.
am I doing something wrong? Should I configure some kind of scrips?
