Tickets revert ot RT view

When I reply to an incident report in RTIR, the result is an RT view of
the ticket rather than an RTIR view, which is a bit annoying. Is this a
known problem or do I have a configuration issue or other issue somewhere?

I’m using RT 3.0.12 and RTIR 1.0.5.

That sounds a bit funny. I know that doesn’t happen in more recent
versions.

I know it has to be annoying, please could you apply the attached
patch, and see if this fix your problem.
