Hello.
We are using RT Extension Automatic Assignment to assign tickets to a group of users on creation.
Round robin is working great, but we now need to assign in a specific way.
The group has nnn users and now, for some of them, we need that they have twice the tickets assigned.
I assume that that is possible using “User Defined” chooser but i am having some difficulties getting there.
If someone else eventually had this need and could share some pointers it would be great,
