Has anyone figured out how to change the generated ticket number from 123
to something like 20010802-123 (yyyymmdd-#)? I’m using a mutilated (by
me) version of RT 1.0.7 in production that basically just prepends
yyyymmdd- in templates and what not to it to make it look that way, but
I’d like to start using 2.0.4 and have it “really” use that format if
