I have tried to create a script. Problem in hand is, that some tickets are sent to us with special tags in subject. How it be possible assign them to a user.
I have studied the:

But in my rt i am missing the : Stage: Transaction Create
i have normal a batch. I am sure it’s something simple…
Mayby there’s a plugin i can use?
